What's Included

Each campsite includes parking for one vehicle and one camping unit (RV or tent). Once parked, no vehicles can come and go from the festival campgrounds. If you need an additional vehicle, then you will need to purchase the Extra Vehicle Pass ($75.00 + Fees).

The extra vehicle will be parked in a lot outside of the campgrounds. Campers will be able to walk to and from the Extra Vehicle Lot with their camping wristband. Vehicles will go through festival security and are subject to search upon re-entry.

Wednesday: 8am - Midnight
Thursday - Saturday 6am - 9pm

Please note peak traffic hours will delay re-entry to the Extra Vehicle Lot.

What's Included with Camping?

INCLUDED

  • Each camping pass includes 4 nights of camping, Wednesday – Sunday. Check-In is Wednesday from 8am – Midnight and Thursday and Friday 8am – 12pm. If you are not able to check-in during those hours, then our Jampack Hotel Options might be a better fit!
  • 8 Camping Wristbands for RV Packages and 6 Camping Wristbands for Car/Tent Packages for access to the festival campgrounds. Wristbands will be shipped ahead of time, so entering the campgrounds is a breeze upon arrival!
  • Re-entry to and from the festival venue to the campgrounds.
  • Access to Campground Showers for a small fee.
  • Each camping site allows for one vehicle and one camping unit. For any additional vehicles, you will need to purchase an Extra Vehicle Lot Pass. These additional vehicles will not be allowed into the campgrounds.
  • Reserve your arrival day in-purchase at checkout. Check-In is Wednesday from 8am – Midnight and Thursday and Friday 6am – 9am.
  • Festival admission is sold separately.

NOT INCLUDED

  • Festival admission. All Campers need a festival ticket to stay in the campgrounds.
  • Electricity or water (including sewage) hook-ups are only included on select camping packages. Waste and Water service trucks will run through the campground each day until 1pm. You must present at your Campsite to receive services.
  • Not all camping packages are reserved. If your package is not reserved, then we can not guarantee you a space next to your pals; arrive together to stay together!
  • There are no “in and out” vehicle privileges in the campgrounds once parked. For the safety of all attendees, any vehicle movement must be done from the Extra Vehicle Lot beside the campgrounds.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AND BARS?

Yes, there will be plenty of different vendors available for food and beverage throughout the festival site. There will not be Food Vendors throughout the campsites.

ARE CHAIRS ALLOWED?

Yes, 1 personal standard folding chair is allowed per person in the General Admission designated areas. There will be fencing with signs to inform you “No Chairs Beyond This Point.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON SITE?

We are cashless! Vendors will only take card. Credit card payments will be accepted, in addition to Tap to Pay with Apple and Google Pay.

WHERE CAN I GO TO PICK UP LOST ITEMS DURING & AFTER THE EVENT IS OVER?

Lost & Found is located at the Box Office located near the festival entrance. Check there to see if your items have been turned in.

CAN I PURCHASE A MEET AND GREET FOR BANDS PLAYING THE EVENT?

No, we do not offer any sort of official meet and greet packages for our events.

WHERE CAN I BUY PASSES IN ADVANCE?

You can purchase online now right here through our website. Our official ticket outlet is Etix.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY PASSES AT WILL CALL?

Yes, someone other than the original purchaser can pick up the wristbands. However, they will need to
bring the original order confirmation email, a copy of the original purchaser’s government-issued photo
ID, and written consent from the original purchaser stating they can pick up the wristbands.

WHAT TYPE OF ID IS ACCEPTED AT THE BOX OFFICE?

The box office will accept a State issued Driver’s license, a government-issued Non-Driver ID Card,
Military ID, or Passport. Please make sure to have one of these forms of ID with you!

CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY PASSES?

No. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on pass sales. All artists and scheduled performance times are
subject to change. Festival is outdoors and is held rain or shine!

CAN I UPGRADE MY SINGLE DAY TO WEEKEND OR GA TO VIP?

You can upgrade on site at the Box Office if there is availability as quantities are limited.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO BE PACKED UP AND OUT OF THE CAMPGROUND AFTER THE SHOW?

The campground closes at 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 21st.

CAN YOU LEAVE THE CAMPGROUNDS OVER THE WEEKEND?

Campers are allowed to leave on foot at leisure. But once parked, no vehicles can come and go from the festival campgrounds. If you need an additional vehicle in order to leave, then you will need to purchase the Extra Vehicle Pass. The extra vehicle will be parked in a lot outside of the campgrounds. Campers will be able to walk to and from the Extra Vehicle Lot with their camping wristband.

WHAT CONSTITUTES AN RV?

An RV is defined as any vehicle larger either in length, width, or height than a normal sixteen (16)
passenger van (anything 20’ or longer). All oversized vehicles, trailers, and campers that are towed are
considered RVs. You MUST have an RV space to bring in an RV, otherwise you will be turned away.

DOES MY COMPANION VEHICLE HAVE TO ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME AS MY RV?

Yes, companion vehicles and RVs must arrive at the same time to be parked in their campsite.

WILL RVS AND VEHICLES BE SEARCHED AT THE CAMPGROUND ENTRANCE?

Yes, all vehicles and RVs will be searched at Camping Check-in, have your camping passes ready then, too!

CAN ALL TAILGATE N’ TALLBOYS ATTENDEES VISIT THE CAMPGROUNDS?

No, only campers with proper credentials are allowed in the Tailgate N’ Tallboys campgrounds. You must have a festival ticket and camping wristband to be allowed entry. 

WHAT HOURS CAN I RUN MY GENERATOR?

Personal Generator hours are from 8am – 1am for Car and RV areas. Only generators that have been factory-installed on your RV are permitted. No modification. No personal fabrications. No aftermarket installs. Always be mindful of where your exhaust is aimed and make sure it is never venting into an enclosed area like a neighbor’s tent.

WHAT IS ALLOWED IN THE CAMPGROUND?
  • Coolers: Keep your beverages and perishable items cool and refreshing with a cooler.
  • Food and Snacks: While there are food vendors on-site, having your own selection of snacks and meals can be convenient and cost-effective.
  • Yard Games: Enjoy some outdoor fun with yard games like cornhole, frisbee, or any other games you and your friends or family enjoy.
  • Chairs, sunscreen, portable and non-open flame grills
  • Verified Service Animals
  • Small non-towable generators
  • Additionally, don’t forget to bring essentials like camping gear, personal items, and any specific items needed for your RV setup. Preparing in advance ensures that you have a comfortable and enjoyable time at the festival.

  • There is NO re-entry to and from the campground in any vehicle. Once you’re parked during check-in hours then you’re in for the weekend. There is an Extra Vehicle lot available to those with an extra vehicle. This lot is open to from:

ARE CAMPFIRES ALLOWED?

No, campfires are not allowed.

HOW ARE THE CAMPSITE SEPARATED?

Each campsite will be marked or staked out.

IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY AT MY CAMPSITE OVERNIGHT?

RV packages come with 8 wristbands and Car/Tent packages come with 6 wristbands. Each camping package purchase will be shipped wristbands beforehand so they can be given to each camper prior to check-in. If you have any delivery issues we can help upon arrival! 

WILL THERE BE BLACK/GREY WATER SERVICES?

Yes we will have grey and black water pumping available daily and a fresh water delivery truck daily for a small fee. We recommend arriving with empty grey/black tanks and a full fresh water tank.

HOW DOES CAR & TENT CAMPING WORK?

Each campsite has a designated space for camping and parking next to each other. 1 Vehicle and 1 camping unit (tent) is allowed per spot.

WHAT ABOUT ADAPTERS AND POWER CABLES?

Campsites are sold as listed, so please bring an adapter if your unit needs one. Please also bring the appropriate extension cables. The power site could be up to 100 feet from your camping location.

CAN WE GRILL?

Yes, but only on non-open flame grills.

CAN WE RIDE ATV/UTV VEHICLES?

No. No personal motorized equipment will be permitted on property.

DO YOU HAVE SINGLE DAY TENT CAMPING AVAILABLE?

No, since this is a festival we are only offering 4 days.

WILL THERE BE SHOWERS?

Yes, showers are available for a small fee.

DOES EVERYONE NEED A PARKING PASS?

Yes, all attendees that intend to arrive in a vehicle need a parking pass. They can purchased in advance for a smooth arrival.

IS THERE AN ADA VIEWING AREA?

Yes, we will display the ADA viewing area on the venue map a little closer to the festival date.

IF I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR, CAN I GET AROUND?

The Festival is a large venue with great distances between activities and attractions. It is outdoors. Some travel is over natural terrain no designed for motor vehicles. If it should rain, there could be mud.

The Festival does not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push services of any kind or wheelchairs for rent or loan. Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed only for use by patrons with mobility disabilities. For safety reasons, requests to use other power-driven mobility devices will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Accessible portable toilets are available at the ends of each bank of portable toilets throughout the festival venue.

ARE SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED?

Pets are not allowed within the Festival grounds. However, service animals, which have been trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability, are welcome. If accompanied by a service animal, you will be provided a Patron Notice of Responsibility for a Service Animal. Please enter through the accessible lane at either entrance for assistance.

CAN I BRING PRESCRIPTIONS OR SPECIAL DIETARY FOODS?

Outside food and drink are not allowed inside the Festival, but if a patron has special medical dietary restrictions, enough food for the one person for the day will be allowed. Patrons are allowed to bring their medically necessary materials and medications into the Festival, provided that all medicine has a prescription label with the patron’s name.

Our personnel at the entry gates will verify the contents of any medically necessary materials. Out of concern for the festival staff who handle the trash, please dispose of your medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal, which is located at the Medical Tent. Please do not dispose of these items in other trash bins at the Festival.

IS THERE ADA CAMPING?

Please alert our team upon arrival about your ADA camping request, and we will do our best to accommodate.

STAY HYDRATED!

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! You may bring in 2 factory-sealed water bottles per person into the festival.  Water & non-alcoholic beverages will be for sale at all concession stands.

DRUG & ALCOHOL USE

It is our team’s job to provide a fun and safe atmosphere at TAILGATE N’ TALLBOYS MUSIC FESTIVAL. It is your job to be responsible while having a good time. Underage drinking is prohibited as well as drugs of any kind (incl. cannabis, cannabis products). If you plan to drink alcohol on grounds, please also keep hydrated.

WHAT ABOUT THE WEATHER?

Tailgate N’ Tallboys is a rain or shine event, however, there are several instances in which the festival may be paused or evacuated due to inclement weather, including (but not limited to): severe thunderstorms, lightning in our festival radius, excessive wind, hail, flooding, or as directed by local emergency personnel. Our team is always monitoring weather conditions and consulting with specialists to ensure the safest event possible. In the event of inclement weather our team will be monitoring and sending out updates via stage screens, text and social media. We will have an inclement weather plan in place, if severe weather does impact the festival.
